Tippen Sie auf Ihrem Android-Gerät auf den Download-Button oben. Der Browser lädt die Datei PropertyBuddy-v7.6.apk in Ihren Download-Ordner. Eine Warnung wie „Datei kann schädlich sein“ ist bei APK-Dateien normal — bestätigen Sie mit „Trotzdem herunterladen“.
On your Android device, tap the download button above. Your browser saves PropertyBuddy-v7.6.apk to your Downloads folder. A warning like "this file might be harmful" is normal for APK files — confirm with "Download anyway".
Installation aus unbekannten Quellen erlaubenAllow installs from unknown sources
Beim ersten Öffnen fragt Android nach der Berechtigung. Tippen Sie in der Meldung auf Einstellungen und aktivieren Sie Dieser Quelle vertrauen (bzw. „Unbekannte Apps installieren“) für Ihren Browser — z. B. Chrome. Sie finden die Option auch unter: Einstellungen → Apps → Spezieller App-Zugriff → Unbekannte Apps installieren.
On first open, Android asks for permission. In the prompt, tap Settings and enable Allow from this source ("Install unknown apps") for your browser — e.g. Chrome. You can also find it under: Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps.
APK öffnen und installierenOpen the APK and install
Öffnen Sie die heruntergeladene Datei — über die Download-Benachrichtigung oder die App „Dateien“ → Downloads. Tippen Sie auf Installieren und warten Sie einen Moment. Falls Google Play Protect nachfragt, wählen Sie „Trotzdem installieren“.
Open the downloaded file — via the download notification or the Files app → Downloads. Tap Install and wait a moment. If Google Play Protect asks, choose "Install anyway".
Erster Start: Server-Adresse eintragenFirst launch: set the server address
Öffnen Sie die App und gehen Sie auf den Tab Mehr → Server-Adresse. Tragen Sie dort die Adresse ein, die Sie von Ihrem Property-Buddy-Kontakt erhalten haben (z. B. https://pb76stage.propertybuddy.me), und melden Sie sich mit Ihren Zugangsdaten an. Fertig!
Open the app and go to the More tab → Server address. Enter the address you received from your Property Buddy contact (e.g. https://pb76stage.propertybuddy.me), then sign in with your credentials. Done!
